Full Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, proactive individual to join us as a Team Manager for our busy Opiate Team.

In this role, you will:

Manage a multidisciplinary team working with individuals who experience a complex range of needs and difficulties due to substance use specifically opiate use.

You will ensure the team is both effective and efficient in how they respond and engage with our clients and will monitor this to ensure outcomes are achieved.

Be responsible for identifying gaps in provision and service delivery, ensuring effective practice is embedded in the locality teams.

Set staff objectives and targets, monitoring the quality of the work and ensuring system improvement for clients.

The successful candidate will have proven management experience working with multi-disciplinary teams or services with adults/ children experiencing issues related to trauma, drug and alcohol work and accommodation issues., They will also have and be able to evidence strong leadership skills.
