Talent Shared Services offers key support to EY's Talent teams within the business, and delivers seamless HR operational services to the organization through a globally efficient network of Regional and Global delivery centres., In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of a high-quality recruitment administration service. Your key mission will be to oversee the efficient coordination of pre-offer activity including; candidate screening, assessment event management and interview scheduling, as well as allocating work. You will work closely with the Student Hire Manager with day to day team management and coaching members of the team to success., You will manage the delivery of a smooth and positive recruitment experience for all candidates who apply for a graduate, undergraduate or schools' position:

  • You will lead a team who deliver excellent service in line with the firm's recruitment requirements and ensure service level agreements are met in line with TSS standards

  • You will be a subject matter expert for Recruitment Services practice and process and support your team with operational queries and stakeholder management

  • You will support with recruitment of team members and plan inductions for new joiners

  • You will coach, counsel and provide feedback to team members as part of the firm's performance management and development cycle to achieve optimum performance and motivation

  • You will audit the quality of team outputs to ensure that procedures and best practice are followed, identifying training needs and escalating any risk to the firm as appropriate

  • You will produce regular progress reports for the Student Recruitment Team and will endeavour to identify and contribute to process improvement and technology optimisation to benefit key stakeholders and the business

  • You will support the Student Hire Manager with identifying and implementing process improvement and change management

  • You will provide flexible support across both the pre-offer and post-offer process as well as to other TSS teams when required. You will contribute to wider TSS and HR projects

  • You commit to drive your own personal development by ensuring your knowledge and skills are up to date and keep well informed of HR policy and industry news. You ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act always

    We are interested in people with significant experience in a senior administration role with exposure to people management and coaching. As a successful candidate you will have the ability to demonstrate a professional personal brand as a leader and role model.


  • To qualify for the role you must have
  • Knowledge and experience of recruitment processes

  • A successful track record of process improvements and best use of technology

  • Reporting capability, demonstrating confidence with excel and other Microsoft packages

  • Strong people management skills, with an interest in developing people

  • Excellent understanding of quality control to ensure team are delivering to the highest standards

  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement capability and a service oriented mind-set


  • Ideally, you'll also have
  • An understanding of EY's service lines and extensive student recruitment requirements

  • Team leader experience within a service delivery team environment.
