Stores / Warehouse Co-Ordinator

· Regular Stocktakes

· Checking paperwork for goods in & out.

· Maintain inventory records of all goods issued and receipts by adding or deleting items as they are issued or received.

· Report to the Inventory & Parts Manager of stock discrepancies and shortages

· Maintain stock at agreed levels.

· Control and maintain inventory records.

· Warehouse stock management and forecasting

· Ensure Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to.

· Liaising with service engineers regarding parts/orders

· Unloading/ loading delivery vehicles and moving stock around using FLT.

· Keep warehouse and surrounding grounds clean and tidy.

We are looking for a Stores/Warehouse Operative with a flexible approach to join our Parts & Inventory team. The successful candidate needs to be punctual, have excellent attention to detail, high standards, strong organisational skills and be capable of undertaking a variety of duties within the Parts Centre., · Experience within a similar role (Desirable but not essential as full training will be provided)

· Excellent attention to detail.

· A high level of motivation and enthusiasm is a requirement for the role

· Strong organisation skills.

· Good IT understanding.

· Driving licence required age over 21 for insurance purposes as company vehicle will be offered to carry out some Duties.

You will be contracted to work 40 hours per week, extra hours may be required. Working days will be Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5.00pm., A competitive hourly rate would be in the region of £11.50 to £12.50 depending on experience.
