Sales Progressor

As Client Care Consultant you will play a crucial role in our sales team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive concise and thorough updates continuously.


• Delivering regluar market updates and property performance reports


• Liaising between buyers, solicitors and sellers on a daily basis


• Managing negotiations between buyers and sellers


• Booking and hosting viewings


• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and succesful property transactions
  
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• A driven and target focused atittude to work


• Strong negotiation skills
