Full Job Description

The Customer Journey team plays a critical role in shaping the way we build exceptional products for our customers and, to make sure we're doing that in the best way possible, we're now looking for a talented Product Director to work in our Customer Journey & Growth team.

As the Product Director for Growth, you will be at the helm of our business growth initiatives, responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance user acquisition, retention, and monetisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and data analytics to innovate and optimise our product offerings.

Here's what you'll be doing as Product Director:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase market share and product adoption.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ideate, prototype, and launch new features and products aimed at improving user experience and profitability.

  • Analyse market trends and user feedback to continuously refine and evolve product strategy.

  • Collaborate with marketing to define clear, impactful product positioning and messaging.

  • Establish and monitor performance metrics to gauge success and pivot strategies as necessary.

  • Champion a data-driven culture, leveraging analytics and user insights to make informed decisions.


  • You'll report to our Chief Product Officer.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 7 years of experience in product management or growth roles within the fintech or tech industry.

  • Demonstrated success in leading significant growth initiatives and product scaling.

  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret vast data and turn it into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.

  • Innovative thinker with a track record of delivering user-centric solutions.
