Full Job Description

Operating to defined standards, delivering best in class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.

Ensuring the successful delivery and installation of the company's products in our customers homes.

Extensive travel may be required with the possibility of overnight stays.

Job Role

· Disconnect and remove existing gas or oil boilers from our customer's home

· Remove existing wet radiators from site, remove exposed pipework, cap and seal

· Remove existing water cylinders where applicable

· Install our own range of water heating solutions

· Install, and assemble pipes and plumbing fixtures as required to complete the installation

· Test plumbing and other installed fixtures to ensure proper function

· Be aware of and adhere to local building codes

We are Climastar UK. We design, manufacture and install a range of innovative Electric Heating systems. As more consumers remove gas and oil boilers in favour of greener options, we are looking to work with experienced plumbers who can remove oil and gas boilers, remove radiators and install hot water solutions for our customers. The role can be employed or self employed and if self-employed, our installations can be scheduled to fit in with your current work.

You must have extensive experience of central heating systems, hot water cylinders, installing pipes and water heaters. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and expect all our Plumbers to be able to work independently to provide a trouble-free installation and test the systems to ensure they work correctly before leaving the property.,

  • High school diploma or GED certificate

  • Completion of a vocational school certificate program, associate degree, or apprenticeship preferred

  • Valid plumbing license

  • 5+ years of professional plumbing experience

  • Proficient with plumbing tools, materials, and equipment

  • Good knowledge of central heating and hot water systems

  • Available to work on call and respond to plumbing emergencies if required

  • The ability to demonstrate a commitment to 'Right First Time' and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to build rapport and manage the customer experience.

  • Full UK Driving licence required.
