Night Shift - Customer Service Assistant

As a Customer Service Assistant you will work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service. Your tasks will include:

• Building rapport with our customers.


• Serving refreshments.


• Cash Handling.


• Compliance with regulatory requirements.


• Ensuring the venue is clean and welcoming at all times
  
  An outgoing person with the ability to greet our customers and deliver excellent customer service.


• Someone who is well presented with good timekeeping and attendance.


• We operate 7 days per week therefore the ideal candidate will need to be flexible and adaptable.


• Able to follow direction and comply with company policies and procedures.


• Must be over the age of 18, GCSE or equivalent (preferred), customer service: 1 year (preferred)
