Full Job Description
We are currently looking for a junior Marketing Administrator to join our friendly and busy team based in Reading.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing and Business Development you will be responsible for providing support to the practice groups within Boyes Turner.
As part of our company policy the candidate will be required to attend to the office 2 days each week with the view to be flexible in order to meet business needs.,
- Updating marketing collateral & team sheets for practice groups
- Work with the digital team to provide support on video and podcast production - liaising with supplier and teams
- Co-ordinate firm photography and profiles - liaising with photographer, manage photo library and update photos on collateral and update profiles on the website
- Support the Events Manager prepare events/conferences and eventually take ownership of smaller in-house events.
- Attend to seminars/ events
- Upload press releases and business services articles on the main firm website
- Maintain people profiles on main website
- Share business services content on social media accounts (Twitter/LinkedIn)
- Collate content and manage e-newsletters such as People in Focus and assist with other ad-hoc news letters (Delivering Development, Insolvency, Litigation)
- Provide team support on other projects/events as and when required
- Liaise with suppliers
Up to one years marketing experience in a busy team environment - Business to business marketing experience would be an advantage
- Basic understanding of on-line and traditional marketing techniques
- Able to work effectively in a team and on your own
- The ability to communicate with key stakeholders within the business
- Problem solving skills and common sense
- Flexible approach to work and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised and proactive approach
- Good key board and Microsoft office skills
- Desire and ability to learn and practice new skills
- Willing to question current practices and search for better ways to carry out tasks

- Able to work on multiple tasks and manage time accordingly to meet deadlines
