Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Logistics Coordinator to join our team at White Label. The Logistic Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of logistics principles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.,

  • Coordinate and monitor logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.

  • Plan and schedule transportation routes, shipments, and deliveries.

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.

  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues and optimize processes.

  • Oversee warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Provide support and assistance to the logistics team as needed.

    Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of logistics principles and practices.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
