Full Job Description
Due to expansion, we are offering a fantastic career opportunity for 2 x enthusiastic, outgoing and confident Lettings Negotiators. You will be part of our dynamic team in an expanding and forward-looking business. The job will involve working in a busy, fast paced office environment in the Wigan office.
Duties:
- Register potential tenants and arrange viewings
- Qualifying and referencing prospective tenants
- Liaising with tenants, contractors and landlords
- Management of tenancy renewals
- Building relationships with tenants
- Liaising with the wider team and business
- Working our our maintenance system Fix Flo
- Booking and sending inspections
- Organising keys
- ID checks
- Booking viewings and checking offer forms
- Application progression
- Sending checkouts and informing utilities
- Sending renewal emails to landlords and tenants
- Emails
- Answering the phone
- Preparing check in packs
Prior experience working within the property industry is not needed. - Study within your working hours to gain qualification
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Excellent standard of communication
- Strong administration skills, Candidates must be results driven, have experience working in a busy sales environment, and can work to targets. A good knowledge of the local area will be advantageous and a good understanding of Estate Agency work and the sales process would be desirable., Strong communication skills

- Association of Residential Letting Agents Fellow Member
- Institute of Residential Property Management Full Member

This is an Apprenticeship role and if successful, you will be required to undertake formal training during your employment with us. You will be enrolled on a Senior Housing & Property Manager Level 4 qualification with our training Provider, Nationwide Energy Training Services (T/A Impact Academy). They will offer adjustments to the training programme if you can evidence any relevant prior learning or experience such as other formal training, qualifications or relevant industry experience.
The qualification will be taught via monthly online lectures and you will be required to develop a portfolio of work as you progress through the course which will be submitted to the examining body at the end of your learning. Achievement of this standard meets the eligibility requirements for;
These qualifications will be beneficial for the Sales Progression apprentice role, complementing the core skills of communication, negotiation, and computer literacy required for the position.
Full time 9 am to 5pm Monday to Friday. 1 in 3 Saturdays 10.00 am to 2.00pm.
