Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support our IT Systems Manager in maintaining accurate inventory, pricing, and allocations within our reservation and associated systems, while providing exceptional user support.

Main Responsibilities:

· Input and maintain accurate data within both online and offline systems.

· Assist in developing, enhancing, and testing system functionalities.

· Aid in testing developments and enhancements to our websites and systems.

· Oversee the development of new systems.

· Assist in training users on new developments and produce user manuals.

· Collaborate with Managers and the IT team on website/systems data changes.

· Ensure the accuracy of all inputs and outputs from our systems.

· Liaise with staff, suppliers, and customers as needed to obtain relevant information.

· Undertake ad-hoc tasks when required.

Duties:

· Input product and pricing details.

· Manage allocations.

· Create and maintain supplier and agent details.

· Produce requested reports, statistics, and charts.

· Generate accurate documentation from our systems.

· Establish and maintain API connections between the reservation system and third-party systems.

· Assist with data input to the CMS as required.

· Advanced Excel skills

· Proficiency in SQL programming language.

· Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, including SharePoint.

· Experience of API management

· Demonstrate ability to use CMS effectively.

· Experience in the use of Tourplan would be an advantage.

· Accurate data input with excellent attention to detail.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and determination to produce results in a pressurised work environment.
