Henri-Lloyd Finance Manager Accounting and Business Control

Henri-Lloyd is an iconic British brand established over 60 years ago. Recently acquired by the Monte Rosa Sport Group, the company is on an ambitious growth path to transform from a start-up (as it is today) to a global leader in the yachting and apparel sector.
Today, we are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and hands-on Finance Manager to join our small but growing company as we embark on our growth journey under new ownership.
You will have excellent communication skills, oversee all aspects of our financial operations, and ensure Henri-Lloyd's financial health.

Your field of play

As a Finance Manager Accounting and Business Control, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of the Henri-Lloyd business. You will be responsible for performing the monthly books closing, managing the Accounts Payables with suppliers and the Accounts Receivables with customers, analysing financial data, and monitoring budgets. In close collaborating with various departments, you will help optimize financial processes, mitigate risks, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement. This role requires strong accounting and analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.   Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.


• Proven experience (5-10 years) in Accounting, Financial analysis, Budgeting, preferably in a corporate finance or business controlling role.


• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and financial reporting.


• Excellent knowledge of accounting, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial management software, and ERP systems.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-making at all levels.
