Full Job Description

Our manufacturing facilities boast traditional bakery techniques combined with the use of sophisticated technologies like robots and servo drives to handle different stages of the bread making process. Due to continued growth, we are installing a new bakery plant in Banbury giving the business both additional capacity and capabilities.

We specialise in supplying own-label bakery products to the leading supermarkets and wholesalers. The current range covers a wide variety of sliced breads, including the traditional square sliced, the very soft taller tin loaves and batch breads. To compliment the bread range, we also produce bread rolls of many shapes and sizes, as well as delicious hot cross buns.

In a marketplace that has become heavily dominated by large branded businesses, Fine Lady offer something different as they really focus on own-label products which enable its customers to create a real point of difference. Over the years, Fine Lady has built a strong reputation for delivering great products conceived and delivered through a successful innovation process in partnership with our customers and providing excellent customer service levels throughout the United Kingdom.
