Full Job Description

  • Drilling holes/using a cordless drill and a range of hand tools


  • Mounting and connecting equipment (2nd fix)


  • Commissioning, testing, fault finding


  • Reactive & preventative maintenance


  • Liaising with trainers to set up workshop activities


  • Following health & safety guidelines


  • Liaising with trainers to purchase workshop consumables and maintain stock levels


  • Attending weekly day release sessions


  • Duties are expected to progress to include:

  • Supervision of apprentices carrying out practical work

    Applicants should have good IT skills and the ability to work as part of a team., There is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills for the right candidate who is enthusiastic and willing to learn., Communication skills, Organisation skills, Team working, Initiative, Confident speaking in groups., GCSE or equivalent English (Grade Grade Minimum Grade A-C / 4-9) Essential
