Full Job Description

As the Early Careers Lead, you'll be responsible for building out the long-term strategy of our Early Careers programmes.

You'll also provide an outstanding apprenticeship experience for learners. This will include high quality initial engagement and onboarding, excellent teaching, learning and assessment and highly effective support and guidance across the business and in partnership with chosen apprenticeships providers.

You'll provide outstanding strategic and operational management of the development, planning, delivery and monitoring of the curriculum and learner experience.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and agreeing an early careers strategy that offers opportunity and develops our talent pipeline, including apprenticeships, graduates and internships.

  • Working closely with the business and different brands to deliver a strategic and integrated approach that meets their individual and group wide needs.

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to embed a customer and learning approach to training and service delivery

    You'll bring your wide Talent and Organisational Development experience to this role, we are looking for:

  • Experience of design and delivery of Early Careers strategy and Programmes across a matrix organisation

  • Extensive experience in a similar role, demonstrable experience of designing and delivering adult vocational programmes

  • Experienced stakeholder management, with the ability to engage and influence across all levels.

  • The ability to work in a matrix organisation - working across diverse brands, locations, and stakeholders.

  • A strong drive to achieve and deliver outputs - shaping the strategic direction and delivering results that will make an impact.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills - able to influence, build and engender trust and rapport quickly and effectively.
