Full Job Description

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate fresh ideas and strategic plans aimed at scaling our business effectively.

2. Oversee and manage the fulfilment side of the business, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory management, and timely deliveries.

4. Maintain a proactive approach to ensure daily tasks are well-organized and promptly completed, keeping operations running smoothly.

5. Take charge of the company's websites, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for an excellent customer experience.

6. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing, e-commerce, and retail, incorporating relevant insights into business strategies.

7. Foster cross-functional collaboration with various teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align business goals and achieve seamless operations.

8. Cultivate a collaborative and positive working environment, promoting effective communication, teamwork, and professional development among team members.

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase online sales, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, and managing or overseeing projects and business operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, an eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.
