Full Job Description
- Annual salary of £25,320 per annum + up to a 5% Monthly Bonus after successful completion of probation
- No weekend shifts (who doesn't love that!)

- Manage enquiries received through telephone, email, in person and through a live chat facility
- Process orders received by email, telephone, in person & through our website (from both trade and retail customers)
- Process & manage orders received via customer portals
- Email customer VAT invoice receipts
- Provide consignment tracking details
- To manage and communicate delivery exceptions
- To log customer enquiries using our internal CRM system
You will be an organised, friendly, and outgoing person - You will thrive in a multi-tasking environment and be able to adjust your priorities as needed. You will be self-motivated and have a willingness to get stuck in.
- You will have the confidence and ability to talk to colleagues in different departments, and at various levels within the business.
- You will work as part of a team, working closely together to deliver an exceptional service.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our Customer Service team.
