Full Job Description

To deliver great customer service and operational excellence through effective planning and problem resolution to maximise availability by understanding customers' needs. To identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and cost savings by working with our customers to plan short term demand and ensure stock is supplied right first time.,

  • Drive and deliver the Customer Contact Strategy agreed for each customer through excellent customer service.

  • Lead and oversee the short to medium term (1-8 weeks) forecast by collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Manage the complete order management process including order processing, master data alignment, returns, order to invoice discrepancies.

  • Work closely with Demand planning, and Production planning to maximise sales without impacting future availability and cause service risks.

  • Work with the business to reduce the number of SLOB's (slow moving and obsolete sku's) and clear aged stock (outside market / customer agreed BBE dates).

  • Pre-empt and resolve with pace, all issues which arise from order processing through to delivery to minimise impact to Customers.

  • Identify issues in demand and supply imbalances to mitigate short term risks and implement agreed strategies to ensure the best outcomes across all customers.

  • Review order patterns and volume analysis to identify opportunities for improvements.

  • Experience in a retail or manufacturing environment in a similar role within FMCG Supply Chain.

    The Recruitment process
