Full Job Description

  • Monitoring the incoming orders and updating on to bespoke software systems.

  • Liasing with drivers on delivery issues.

  • Assisting logistics department in administration duties

    Level 2 Customer Service qualification

  • 1 Day a week at College

  • The rest of the training will take place in the workplace

  • Functional Skills in maths and English, if required, Communication skills, Attention to detail, Customer care skills, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C and above) Desired

    • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4/C and above) Desired

    You could reduce your training time, or finish your apprenticeship faster, if you have relevant prior learning or experience. This could be relevant:

  • qualifications, like an NVQ in a relevant field
