Full Job Description
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting regulations and standards
- Organising filing systems and update office databases
Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-orientated, skilled Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance and accounting, will also be proficient in using Sage and Excel., Prior experience as a bookkeeper - AAT level 3 or equivalent qualification desirable but not essential
- Proficiency in using Sage accounting software
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (particularly, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy working with numbers
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
