We are a growing business specializing in selling VIP event tickets and tables in the sporting sector (including Royal Ascot, Wimbledon, Grand Prix races across Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Monaco and the UK), as well as cultural experiences such as music events.

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Assistant to join our finance team.

The ideal candidate will assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements and will be responsible for providing support to the accounting department by performing daily accounting tasks, assisting in monthly financial close processes, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounting operations., · Management accounts preparation assistance;

· Posting journals;

· Posting of cashbook items and bank reconciliations;

· Balance sheet reconciliations;

· Control of daily debtors upload to our accounting system from our event database;

. Management of the company Credit Card analysis and coding;

· Assist with the company's ATOL and VAT returns; and

· Ad hoc projects as and when needed.

· Attention to detail;

· Strong organisational skills;

· Self motivated;

· Ability to prioritise and keep to deadlines;

. Intermediate experience of Excel;

2+ years experience of working in an accounts office
