Full Job Description

We are seeking a talented and dynamic PR and Branded Producer to join the On The Tools team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our PR and Branded team by producing, shooting, and editing video content. This position requires a creative and technical skill set, enthusiasm for production, and a keen interest in developing engaging content. The role involves regular travel and close collaboration with our CEO and other team members to create compelling visual stories that resonate with our audience. As a PR and Branded Producer, you will be responsible for:

Video Production: Lead the production of our PR and Brand content including a weekly vlog series, ensuring content is engaging, timely, and reflective of our brand's voice. Handle all stages of production from pre-production planning to shooting, and post-production.

Videography: Operate video cameras and other recording equipment with a keen eye for detail to capture high-quality footage for various projects. This includes travelling with and filming the CEO during various events, meetings, and promotional activities.

Editing: Edit video content to create polished and cohesive final products. Utilise editing software to piece together footage, add music, effects, and ensure the content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Collaboration: Work closely with the PR and Brand team to develop concepts and scripts for video projects. Offer creative input to enhance production quality and storytelling.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirements. Maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders about project status and needs.

Equipment Maintenance: Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of production equipment. Ensure gear is functional, organised, and ready for use at all times.

  • Proven experience in video production, videography, and editing with a strong portfolio of past work.

  • Expertise in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.

  • Willingness to travel regularly and work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings.

  • Creative thinker with an eye for storytelling and an understanding of digital media and social trends.

  • Experience working in PR, media, or a related field is highly desirable.

  • Technical proficiency with camera equipment, sound equipment, and other production gear.

  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.

  • Willingness to travel for work, Creativity and Originality: How unique and engaging is your topic and presentation?


  • Interaction Skills: Effectiveness in engaging with strangers and eliciting insightful responses.

    Knowledge of social-first content

    Technical Execution: Quality of video and audio, as well as editing skills.
