Welcome to Goddard Training College! As a group we are in a unique position as we can provide our future veterinary nurses in-house training to an exemplary standard. To continue the smooth and efficient running of the college we are looking for an experienced administrator to help support our training department, based in our office in Woodford, Essex.
Before we delve into the nitty gritty, here is what we offer you, You will be providing administrative support to academic colleagues in the training department of Goddard Veterinary Nursing College.

This varied role involves a range of activities which underpin the day-to-day operations of the college and training department.

The role includes but is not limited to:


  • Production of college documents
  • Administration support for office systems and processes

  • Maintenance of student records to include administration for recruitment, retention, and funding.

  • Newsletter preparation

  • College diary management and communications to relevant departments

  • Taking of meeting minutes

  • Marketing External Practices, FE/HE colleges, and schools to gain interest of courses

  • Invoice management

    Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365 is also essential. Previous experience working within a college environment, or internal quality assurance role is preferable.

    In 2022 we celebrated our 70th anniversary and have 46 branches, 3 hospitals and our own nurse training college.     The salary for this part-time role is £12,500 to £17,500 (£25,000 to £35,000 FTE) depending on prior experience. The 20 hours per week will be worked across either 4 or 5 days, and the flexibility of hybrid working can be explored.
