Full Job Description

  • Guide tenants seamlessly from payment of intent to move-in day, ensuring a customer-centric journey every step of the way

  • Stay ahead of the curve on compliance with legislation, keeping up-to-date with policy changes and regulations

  • Forge strong relationships with our B2B landlords, built on trust and transparency

  • Be the glue that ensures smooth communication and collaboration between departments

  • Dive into ad-hoc projects aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing the customer journey

  • Working with internal team to support in new tenancies, including tenant changeovers, landlord changeovers, addendums and deeds of surrender

  • Keeping a record of important documents and maintaining the organization of files

  • Working to tight deadlines to move in prospective Tenants whilst under pressure

  • Providing Prescribed Information to all Tenants and Relevant Persons prior to the start of the tenancy

  • Sending safety certificates to all Tenants and Occupiers prior to the start of the tenancy

  • Prepare updates for weekly and monthly meetings with internal teams

  • Attend and support teams with client meetings

  • Champion the customer experience

  • Assist Department Head with implementation of Customer Success initiatives

  • Communicate and deal with internal and external customers at all levels in a polite, professional, friendly, and helpful manner, both face to face and on the telephone

  • Note that a minimum of 6 months tenancy/real estate experience is required for this role.,
  • A people person with exceptional interpersonal skills

  • An administrative whizz

  • 6 months minimum real estate or tenancy management experience

  • Team player, working towards a common goal

  • Driven by results and always on the lookout for effective solutions, GCSE or equivalent (required), lettings: 1 year (required)

    Competitive salary: £25-36k, based on experience

  • Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm, every other Saturday (half-day) and a half-day back in lieu

  • Office base: Southwark, with 1 day WFH post-probation (note that Saturdays are WFH)
