Temporary Inventory Clerk / Property Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk/ Property Inspector to join our team on a temporary basis to cover the Telford and surrounding areas. Please note this position is available on a self emloyed basis or temporary contract.

Driving licence and use of own car essential.

Duties:

- Arrange directly with the tenant and conduct mid term property inspections using inventory software provided.

- Assist with property viewings

- Assist with check in and check out property reports

- Maintain accurate records

- Assist with any other duties as and when required

Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients

- Excellent organisational skills

- Good working knowledge of Housing Helath and Rating System

- Administrative skills to handle inventory documentation accurately

£12.10 - £13.00 an hour - Part-time, Full-time, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract, Freelance, Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
