Full Job Description

  • Conduct cold calls and warm leads to target small to medium businesses and introduce TakePayments' products and services.

  • Build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients over the phone.

  • Identify decision-makers and qualify leads for further engagement.

  • Schedule appointments for our field agents by understanding the client's needs and aligning them with our solutions.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.

  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.

    Minimum of 1 year of telemarketing or cold calling experience with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.

  • Results-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales.

  • Ability to work independently at home.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Resilience and persistence in a high-pressure sales environment.

    Excellent Basic Salary of £25,000
