To be the RCN Groups Finance Transformation Lead during the development of and transition to Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations from the current on-premise Open Accounts systems. Due for delivery in mid-2025 you will engage and lead the Finance
Team Subject Matter experts when they are required and work closely with the third-party implementation team, Technical Accountant and Project Team in delivering the statement of work. Working from the start of the project you will be responsible for bringing all stakeholders together to design a system that delivers the end-to-end transactional processing and reporting structures and controls required for a group that includes a Trade Union/ Membership Organisation, trading subsidiary and Charity.

Hold a CCAB accountancy qualifications (ACA /ACCA/CIMA) Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Microsoft Power Apps. Be a skilled Project Manager with excellent planning and organisational skills. Have great communication skills, including the ability to present information to finance and non-finance staff in a clear and concise manner.
