Supervisor - Westcliff-on-sea

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 36.75 hours per week.Our supervisors work alongside our Patient Dining Manager to deliver the best possible service to all of our customers as well as delivering the best business standards with pride and energy. Your honesty, hard-work and leadership abilities will inspire your team to deliver great results and provide consistently brilliant customer service.Your key responsibilities will include:

• Putting patients first.


• Creating a positive environment so all of your team feel welcomed and included.


• Providing fast and efficient service everyday by providing support and communicating with the team.


• Delegating to the team and making sure the team is proactive throughout the shift.


• Complying with food standards and hygiene practises.


• Complying with health and safety regulations.


• Ensuring the correct implementation of Compass policies and procedures.


• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary.


• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
  
  Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment


• Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service


• Team player and can-do attitude


• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
