Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our client's social media accounts and develop engaging content that resonates with our client's target audience. The Social Media Manager will plan, implement, and monitor activities to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive online engagement.,

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with company goals and objectives.


• Create and curate engaging content for multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.


• Manage day-to-day activities on all social media channels, including posting updates, responding to comments/messages, and engaging with followers.


• Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to optimise content performance and drive continuous improvement.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media content is aligned with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.


• Create fantastic content and promote and determine the best platforms for promotion.


• Client liaison and relationship building.


• Implement social media listening tools to monitor brand mentions, sentiment, and conversations online.
  
  Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content.


• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.


• Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.


• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.


• Understanding of SEO principles.


• Experience using Wordpress and email marketing software a plus., Diploma of Higher Education (preferred), social media: 3 years (required)
