Full Job Description

IHS Towers is seeking a dynamic Digital Learning Senior Specialist (12-month FTC) to join our team in London! In this role, you will manage the IHS learning management system (LMS), Cornerstone, globally across multiple operations. You will consult with key stakeholders to configure and administer the platform to meet business requirements. In this role, you will be a learning systems expert, partnering with the business to improve upon the current platform usage, enhance functionality of the tool, and drive additional utilisation of the platform for both internal and external stakeholders.,

  • Administration, configuration, and management of Cornerstone, the IHS learning platform (the"IHS Academy"), including mobile app, SSO and API implementation/integration with existing IHS systems.

  • Drive the (re)configuration and optimization of Cornerstone, specifically, the communications, data, and learning catalogue, implementing and documenting processes and policy as required, including the establishment of a governance model.

  • Amend, evaluate, and revise online curricula as necessary, including partnering with key functions such as Compliance and IT to ensure that mandatory learning curricula are uploaded/updated in the Academy regularly.

  • Manage third party suppliers and contracts, particularly the relationship with Cornerstone and third-party content providers. Identify and analyse gaps and recommendations to strengthen curated, high-quality learning offerings.

  • Build, document, and execute standardized reporting processes used for key data, statistics, and analytics, for audit, Board, and HR reporting, including mandatory learning and training assignments, completion rates, conversion rates and course-level utilisation.

  • Work in an extended team as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) to support programme delivery by administering and optimising the system and up-skilling super-users in other markets.

  • Support and provide guidance documentation around how to create and manage development plans in Cornerstone.

  • Where feasible, assist with content curation, content tagging, meta-data matching (and/or partner with Cornerstone's team to ensure this is delivered) so as to optimise the usability of the platform and learning solutions.

  • Support external partnerships with, e.g., the Ministry of Telecom in Nigeria and UNICEF Nigeria, to drive adoption and utilisation of Cornerstone as a key element of IHS Towers' contribution towards education in the communities where we operate.

    Significant experience with Cornerstone or equivalent LMS platform (ie Workday, SAP, Saba, etc.) administration is essential

  • Advanced Excel skills used for reporting purposes

  • Experience with learning catalogue content curation and tagging; data structuring and organisation

  • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced and high-performing, results-driven environment

  • Ability to liaise across all levels of an organisation

  • Business-oriented, commercial outlook with an understanding of the learning requirements associated with a publicly listed organisation

  • Not essential but preferred: Understand instructional design, learning content quality evaluation, and how to produce online learning materials using authoring tools such as Articulate
