Senior Cost Planner

My client is a large defence company is looking for a Cost Manager to develop and maintain the project estimating and cost management capability.,

• Develop and maintain the estimating and cost capability.


• Ensure best practice and governance is applied and adhered to.


• Integrate new cost management tools.


• Train junior colleagues in cost practices.


• Shape future of project estimating and cost management.
  
  You will need to have previous experience in leadership, and strong project estimating and cost management experience., Previous experience in leadership/mentoring.


• Strong project estimating and cost experience.


• Experience working on customer facing projects.


• Experience with tools such as MSP, P6, Active Risk Manager, RiskHive, Deltek Cobra, Safran or Primavera Risk Analyser etc.


• Experience of using ERP systems, including IFS (or similar) is desirable.
