Full Job Description

Newport Caravans are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator. We are looking for an organized individual with effective time management skills, that has good attention to detail. Ideally candidates will have a proven track record in a admin role and experience within the caravan and motorhome industry is desirable but not essential.

Principal Activities

· Processing new sales orders via Saxon.

· Processing caravan and motorhome appraisals via Saxon and creating pre-sales numbers.

·Invoicing caravan and motorhome sales to customers or traders via Saxon.

·Process completed orders and registering caravans with the CRiS system online.

·Updating weekly stock reports using Microsoft Excel from dealer manufacturers which include vital information for the Sales Department.

· Liaising with external delivery companies regarding arrival of vehicles.

· Communicating with dealer account managers regarding new or amended orders.

· Registering new vehicle warranties and transferring existing warranties using various manufacture portals.

· Receiving delivery information regarding vehicles due in and updating Saxon on their arrival.

· Applying for NOVA numbers when receiving new exported motorhomes via the GOV. website.

· Registering motorhomes for 1st number plate registration via post to the DVLA within a specific time frame.

· Creating customer prospects when new customers purchase.

· Liaising with accounts with sales receipts and when new vehicles leave the premises.

· Liaising with external auditors regarding onsite stock.
