Full Job Description

The Safety & Security Team is committed to building a diverse team of professionals whose role it is to create a safe and secure environment for students and staff, a place where everybody feels secure and welcome. You will be responsible for ensuring that our students, staff, and visitors are safe and have a positive experience whilst on our campus. On a daily basis you will be interacting with students and staff, using your dynamic problem-solving skills to manage a diverse variety of incidents. Whilst keeping our students safe is the priority the role also involves ensuring that our buildings and other assets are secure. This is not a traditional security role and it is more important that applicants are brilliant communicators rather than having previous security experience.

At our ARU Writtle campus, we specialise in animal, environmental, agricultural and horticultural courses, for learners aged 16 to 18, adult learners, undergraduate and postgraduate levels., It is expected that interviews will take place on 14 June 2024
