A top-tier sales team maintains unwavering quality and compliance standards. As the Quality Executive, you'll ensure our sales teams have the latest insights, provide exceptional service, and uphold excellence for our valued customers-both existing and prospective. You'll also serve as the customer's advocate, ensuring Octopus remains transparent and trustworthy in all communications for informed decisions on their journey towards sustainable home electrification.

What you'll do

  • Oversee Quality Assurance across our diverse Low Carbon Tech Product sales channels; Electric Vehicle Chargers, Heat Pumps, Solar Panels, and Aftercare.

  • Drive the enhancement of Quality monitoring processes.

  • Review content and training materials for accuracy, truthfulness, and compliance.

  • Foster a culture of excellence and empower a customer-centric team of Home Electrification Sales Professionals.

  • Provide impartial support in addressing complaints, offering valuable insights to refine our operations.

  • Initiate corrective actions to prevent mis-selling and elevate the overall customer experience.

  • Collaborate with Product Leadership Teams, offering constructive feedback and pinpointing potential issues for proactive resolutions.

  • Use your excellent analytical skills to preempt trends and provide strategic recommendations for continual improvement.

  • Manage process enhancements to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

  • Prior experience in the energy sector is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • May require occasional travel and overnight stays.
