Full Job Description

We are seeking a hardworking, reliable and flexible individual to work within our well-established welding and fabrication workshop as a Tier 1 Polisher. The successful candidate will utilize a wide variety of polishing techniques to provide the best possible finish for seen and structural parts/materials.

Day to day duties may include, but not limited to:

· Prepping the metal for polishing

· Ensuring a high-quality finish on all products, working to company procedures and BSI quality standards

· Maintaining good housekeeping and following all Health and Safety protocols

· Being able to work to deadlines and meet Right First Time (RFT) targets

The successful candidate must be experienced, highly motivated, hardworking, punctual, reliable and seeking to join an established company in which they can develop, grow and progress.

A positive attitude to work is essential
Previous Polishing experience and being able to grain and mirror finish is essential
Good reliability and punctuality is essential
Evidence of polishing to a high standard is essential

Operating for over 75 years from within West Yorkshire, Victor Manufacturing Ltd are a long established, family owned and operated, manufacturer of catering equipment & servery counters, supplying a number of prestigious clients both nationally and internationally.

£13.00 - £14.50 an hour - Permanent, Full-time, Pulled from the full job description
