Full Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our Warehouse in our Pharmacy. In this role, you will take on end-to-end ownership and accountability for ensuring the Pharmacy is operational to deliver best in class service to our patients.,

  • Drive operational efficiency across our Pharmacy: Lead efforts to instil operational best practices within the Warehouse and Pharmacy, driving efficiencies and elevating service levels to hit core metrics by developing, identifying and innovating ways of working.

  • Build and manage a strong warehouse operations team: Assess capacity and forecasting models to develop a scaling, high performing team.

  • Manage and optimise inventory: Collaborate with key teams across MANUAL to ensure inventory levels remain in line with requirements. Utilise data-driven insights to refine and optimise space requirements.


  • Ensure compliance and safety: Assess operational implications, leverage insights and develop strategic processes to ensure MANUAL are compliant and safe.

    This is an ideal role for an experienced Warehousing Manager or an experienced Operational leader who want to challenge themselves in a fast-paced environment and manage our operations to improve the patient experience. If you like to go deep into problems and solve them by implementing solutions you define, this role is for you!, You have 5+ years of experience in Operations/Warehousing
  • Strong experience including inventory management, distribution and logistics.

  • You have bias for action and a track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a cross-functional team environment.

  • You excel as a specialist who can build the overarching strategy and go deep into specific issues and processes to drive continuous improvement.

  • You bring structure, organisation, and focus to your work and work with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, service, finance, and risk and compliance.
