Full Job Description

This role is to offer a wide range of administrative support throughout the business. Answering incoming enquiry calls, running the CRM systems (Monday.com) and helping to run the day to day activities of the business.

The successful candidate of this role will be highly IT proficient, and hold a high level of importance within the organisation., If you are you'll be hardworking, reliable, trustworthy, and excellent within learning new IT software's.

Proficient in using software packages such as Microsoft, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, a CRM system, (Monday.com) and using an Apple Mac computer. You will be receiving a salary between £22,000- £25,000 depending on experience.

This job will never be boring. This is a satisfying role within a small team.

The applicant who gets this role will hold a high level of importance in our organisation.

Duties and responsibilities:

· Must have minimum 4 years administration experience

· Must have excellent IT proficiency

· Must have experience within accounting software (preferably QuickBooks)

· Must have experience within a CRM system (preferably as Monday.com)

· Must have excellent customer service skills

· Great personable skills

· Ability to adapt and change to a fast-paced environment

· Experience in dealing with enquires

· Working with a small close knit team

Must have own vehicle due to countryside location.,
