Full Job Description

The Marketing Co-ordination Manager is responsible for overseeing various aspects of marketing operations, including managing leads and related processes, handling marketing inboxes and email enquiries, co-ordinating MDF (Marketing Development Funds) processes and portals, organising logistics and setups for events and exhibitions, and providing leadership in people management.

The role is multifaceted and dynamic, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on our marketing operations and overall business success. It is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of our marketing strategies and initiatives, and as the Marketing Co-ordination Manager, you will lead and oversee various critical aspects of our marketing operations, contributing significantly to our overall success.

The main responsibilities are:

Ownership and management of Marketing leads and processes:

  • Oversee addition, assigning, and tracking of marketing leads through the pipeline.

  • Implement and optimise processes to ensure efficient lead management.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads.


  • Ownership and management of Marketing inboxes and email enquiries:
  • Oversee the monitoring and management of marketing inboxes for timely responses to enquiries.

  • Coordinate with relevant teams to address customer enquiries effectively.

  • Ensure the maintenance of professional communication standards.


  • Ownership and management of MDF processes and portals:
  • Oversee all aspects of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) processes.

  • Manage MDF portals and ensure compliance with guidelines and deadlines.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximise MDF utilisation.


  • Ownership and management of logistics and setup for events and exhibitions:
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager to plan and execute events and exhibitions.

  • Manage logistics, including venue selection, booth setup, and transportation.

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of events.


  • People management:
  • Provide management, leadership and guidance to a team of Marketing Co-ordinators.

  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.


  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional development.

  • Proven experience in marketing co-ordination or related roles

  • Experience with lead management and reporting

  • Experience with setup, management, and running of events, webinars, and exhibitions

  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel and Power BI

  • Experience with MDF claims processing and online portal management

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively


  • Experience:
  • 5+ years' experience in marketing coordination, administration, or related field with people management as part of the role
