Full Job Description

  • Effect the management of day-to-day Air, Road and Sea Freight operations.

  • Co-ordinate the freight bookings of export and import jobs. Liaising with customers, partners, shipping lines and carriers

  • Accurate input of order data via various in house and HMRC associated systems for customs declarations for Road/air/ocean freight Imports and Exports

  • Maintaining Aviation Security protocols and a safe working environment all times

    >3 years Previous freight forwarding or logistics experience.

  • Experience of producing customs documents (import & export).

  • The ability to prioritise and organise own workload to tight deadlines.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • 5 Year checkable employment history & Right to work in UK., freight forwarding/logistics: 3 years (preferred)

    SHIFTS: 4 On 4 Off Day Shift: 07:00 > 19:00 or Night Shift 19:00-07:00


  • SALARY: Up to £42,000 DOE

    BASE: Heathrow

    Your role will include the production of shipping documentation, customs submissions (both Import & Export and delivery of a consistently excellent customer experience throughout. You and your colleagues will be providing the 24/7 business continuity to supply chain demands and powering our industry forward.,
