Junior Casting Agent in busy Casting Agency (suits Graduate)

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and confident individual to join our vibrant offices in Baildon, on the border between Leeds and Bradford. Our Junior Agent will be trained to the highest standards and will work to assist our current agent team in all aspects of the business., · General administration including sending off self tape requests, gathering documentation required for casting teams, answering telephone and email queries, general availability checks, issuing updates and liaising with clients.

· Making careful casting suggestions for casting directors.

· Managing all commercial pencils and licensing, including all communication regarding these with clients.

· Assisting in the onboarding process for new clients and helping to set up clients on several Articulate databases.

· Updating client headshots and profiles.

· Watching, approving, and sending off self tapes auditions, offering self tape feedback and undertaking script and character analysis.

· Helping with the organisation and facilitation of workshops with casting directors to enhance client skill and exposure.

· Research tasks.

· Ability to assist agents on larger projects.

· A zealous interest in the TV / Film industry with experience of acting, auditioning, performing, or directing.

· A degree in a related subject.

· A desire for challenge, excellence and an ability to work under pressure.

· Excellent organisational skills.

· A competitive streak with tonnes of initiative and drive.

· The skills to work both independently and also as a team.

· Exciting ideas and lots of creativity., · We are very keen (although it is not necessary) to see candidates who have strong accents kills and are able to assist clients in producing auditions in particular accents.

· Good computer skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communicator.

· Personable, friendly and a genuine drive to support young people and see them achieve incredible things.
