Full Job Description

The Income Management Assistant is one of a team of four and will be responsible for the administration of all aspects of rental income and the management of rent arrears within their geographical patch area.

+ Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills in order to deal with the public face to face or on the telephone.
+ The ability to be diplomatic, resilient and enthusiastic working to targets and strict deadlines
+ The ability to advise customers on Housing related issues.
+ A knowledge of Housing legislation.
+ The ability to keep accurate computer and paper records
+ The ability to work within a team environment using own initiative and displaying a responsible and flexible attitude
The role of the Income Management Assistant is based primarily at the Arc, Clowne but there will be a need to travel within the district and work out of one of the area-based Contact Centres as necessary.
