Inbound Claims Agent

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in converting warm inbound web leads into sales opportunities by speaking with interested clients directly on the telephone. Reporting directly to the Call Centre Manager, you will utilize your enhanced sales and customer service skills to ensure that each customer receives a personalized solution that perfectly aligns with their requirements. You will work closely with a team of agents, supported by a dedicated Manager,

• Handle inbound web leads, converting them into sales opportunities.


• Deliver exceptional customer service with a solution-focused sales approach.


• Ensure the correct information is captured for every opportunity.


• Guide clients with accurate information and updates.
  
  Experience in a telephone-based sales role.


• Strong attention to detail and effective record-keeping skills.
