Full Job Description
- Clean guest accommodation and site facilities in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
- Comply with all record keeping requirements.
- Use of cleaning products, maintaining statutory awareness and understanding of COSHH requirements.
- Count dirty linen and count and put away clean linen daily.
- Report any maintenance requirements.
- Keep all housekeeping and cleaning stock secure.
- Take a proactive and flexible approach to duties.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Work well in a team. - A good eye for detail with a passion for delivering very high standards of customer service.
- Able to prioritise own workload.
- Excellent time keeping and task completion.
- Reliable, honest, motivated, enthusiastic and proactive.
- Experience of working in Housekeeping in the Hospitality sector (desirable).
- Able to understand and adhere to departmental and organisational Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
- Experience of working with cleaning rota's and conducting deep cleaning (desirable).
- Ability to anticipate customer needs.
- The ability to operate standard cleaning equipment (essential)
- Present a professional image and wear uniform provided
- Deliver high standards of cleanliness.
- Work to tight deadlines.
