Hotel Nights Assistant (Fri / Sat)

You'll be known officially as a Guest Services Assistant (GSA) which means taking responsibility for delivering a fantastic experience for every guest at our hotel, even in the early hours of the morning.

As GSA (Nights) you'll be responsible for welcoming and processing late arrival guests to the hotel, dealing with any last-minute reservations, handling some admin and most likely some early morning departures too. You'll also be preparing and managing breakfast service, the most important meal of our guests' day! Working Friday and Saturday, your shift will be from 10pm until 7.45am. You will also pick up occasional extra shifts for holiday cover, or during the day.

  We're seeking a hotel team member to join our ibis hotel in Sheffield city centre, covering night shifts. This is a part time role, working 19.5 hours per week on Friday & Saturday night and the salary for this role is £11.50 per hour.
