Health Care Assistant

· Completing documentation daily such as Care reports and Medication Mar charts.

· Assist with personal care for both male and female service users.

· Assist with meals, laundry and cleaning to ensure a clean/homely environment is always present for service users.

· Assist with moving and handling for service users, utilising safe and effective moving and handling practices.

· You must have the right to work within the UK.

· Have a valid DBS on the Gov.uk update service or willing to apply for a new DBS.

· Have a person-centred approach to delivering care.
