We are delighted to be recruiting a Head of Customer Proposition during a hugely exciting phase of growth. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the core purpose of this role is to Align our strategy, insight, research, feedback and outcomes analysis with our commercial objectives to develop, deliver, monitor and continuously improve compelling strategic and revenue generating customer propositions for our current and future audience. You will be the primary advocate for the customer and will continuously refine the proposition and experience, ensuring that Board, Executive and Customer function teams are fully aware of emerging trends and opportunities. . As an integral part of the Senior Brand & Marketing Team, you will shape thought leadership and strategic direction, defining the customer proposition strategy, integrating into all aspects of the marketing strategy and execution, while driving the delivery of a roadmap to achieve our strategic and commercial ambitions., The Marketing Communication team plays a key part in helping to connect with customers in a meaningful way by creating communications and activities that promote our brand, our purpose and relevant products to existing customers and new prospects. The team is responsible for marketing management, digital services, brand and creative services and data & insight. We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic leader with the ability to influence and challenge within a regulated environment. Your continuous improvement ethos and first-class collaboration skills will see you positively challenge the status quo at all levels across the business. You will have had substantial experience and success working at Senior Management and ExCo level, including the development and successful delivery of Customer Proposition strategies and you will have credibility to be recognised as the voice of the Customer, as well as having a successful record of collaborating, influencing, and delivering organisation wide change.

Your leadership skills will enable you to build high performing teams and will see you lead, support, and motivate colleagues at all levels.

Financial Services/ Regulatory environment experience is a preference, but not a requirement for this role.
