Full Job Description

  • Coaching children between 18 months to 8 years (four separate age groups)

  • Setting up a variety of football-based games and activities

  • Communicating with children and parents/carers

  • Filling in registration forms

  • Ensuring a safe and positive environment for both children and parents

    We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and outgoing candidates who would love to work with children. The position would be ideal for individuals in education and teaching, early years practitioners, sport and fitness instructors, drama students, and anyone motivated to start coaching in sport and football.


    • If you are confident, have a genuine desire to inspire children, and are keen to offer them a fun start to a sporting activity, then we would love to hear from you!,
  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Physically fit for the role - lots of running and jumping!

  • Commuting to South London at our different venue locations

  • Available to work on a weekly basis (not suitable for students leaving London for long periods over the summer)


    • Would be an advantage if you have:
  • Prior experience working with children

  • First Aid, Safeguarding, and/or DBS certifications

  • Sports or fitness coaching qualifications, A-Level or equivalent (required)

    Little Kickers offers football-related activities for children between 18 months and 8 years old. We give children a positive introduction to sport and football by providing a friendly, fun and supportive environment. Currently, there are around 50,000 children attending Little Kickers in more than 30 countries, making it a leader in the industry, both in the UK and around the world!

    Part-time coaching role on Saturday and Sunday mornings, 3-8 working hours per week

  • Starting as an Assistant Coach, you will be able to lead sessions after 3 months

  • An opportunity to gain sport and football coaching experience for young age groups

  • Full internal training via coach shadowing and our online courses

  • Excellent rate of pay - between £8.00 and £20.00 per hour (based on age and experience)
