Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen to join the team as a Field IT Support & Installation Engineer for Golf Simulator equipment. The Field IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing an effective, professional IT support service to both domestic and commercial customers throughout the UK.

Responsibilities:

· To provide end user support across all sites via remote tools or site visit.

· Installation and configuration of new equipment.

· Administration, troubleshooting and support of Golf systems.

· Assist with development of specific business solutions.

· Support and administration of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server

· Desktop and Laptop hardware diagnosis and repair

· Understanding of networking concepts and tools

· Experience in any past, similar roles,

  • IT Technical hardware and software support: 2 years experience required, Technical support: 1 year (required), GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


    • Experience:
  • Technical support: 1 year (required)


    • Ability to Commute:
  • Merseyside (required), GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Technical support: 2 years (required)

  • Customer service: 2 years (required)
