Full Job Description

The Estate Administration Manager will manage the administration functions and be responsible for the overall HR function ensuring all necessary process is followed and completed for the Estate and continued operational development and provision of the service, making a positive and active contribution to the ongoing review and development of the Estate's strategic plan. Will have line management responsibilities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Estate utilising the positive performance management process.

We are looking for someone who has strong practical knowledge and experience in a similar role covering a range of functions, excellent inter personnel skills with the ability to communicate, motivate and collaborate with a range of diverse stake holders whilst successfully managing a team to deliver their objectives and manage performance across a range of disciplines.
