Full Job Description

As Customer Communications Specialist you will play a pivotal role in positioning Insite Energy as a champion for heat network residents through the creation of educational material, allowing residents to better understand their heat networks and energy usage.

Working between our customer service and marketing teams, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of B2C (business to customer) communications, covering both direct written word and digital support platforms.

Your aim will be to achieve best-in-class customer experience for our heat network suppliers through clear and accurate communications to our residential customers. By delivering clear and accessible information, encouraging self-serve capabilities to our customers, this should result in reduced contacts into our Peterborough-based call-centre.

All communication should be developed in line with current and upcoming regulations. We also wish to achieve AAA WCAG 2.0 compliance, ensuring the best accessibility levels across all our digital mediums.

Location and working hours:

Hybrid role with remote working from home plus 2-3 days office based at Insite's London office near Liverpool Street. Occasional travel to Insite's Peterborough office (PE1 5DD) for face-to-face meetings with the customer service team.

37.5 hours per week.

· Strong attention to detail and design.

· Excellent English spelling, grammar as well as numerical skills to analyse statistics.

· Use of website CMS systems (WordPress, Wix, October).

· Use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) including mail-merge.

· Basic understanding of Adobe InDesign and Acrobat.

· Experience with HTML coding, formatting and email design.

· Task and content management through Monday.

· Experience coordinating photoshoots.

· Canva for basic image editing.

· Event coordination.
